This is a great family camp trailer that sleeps 4 with a queen and two twin beds. The light weight (6,320 GVWR) is ideal for towing by most SUVs. It has ample storage with 8 overhead cabinets, 2 closets, and storage space under the beds. A new awning is included (needs to be installed). Also includes equalizer hitch and spare tire. It has a gas electric refrigerator, gas range, oven, microwave, shower and hot water heater. The tires were new in 2014 and have approx 3,000 miles on them. It has some water damage in the forward bulkhead that might need to be fixed (pictures available). It will also need a new 12v battery. Located in Fairfield, CA.
