I am the original owner, all preventive maintenance has been done on time...example: oil changes, chassis lubrication etc.. I've taken good care of this vehicle and have kept in a garage over the years to protect the roof, exterior, tires etc.. Has a Sony back-up camera, carpet is in excellent condition and so are the tires. I had a RV dealer do a complete brake job recently....new pads, rotors turned, new fluid etc. The tires are in excellent condition (Michelin steel belt radials.) Oak floors in the dining, kitchen and bath. Carpet in the bedroom and living area. Replaced the original mattress with a Simmons Beautyrest (Very Comfortable). Has a Wineguard Movin'View Satellite System for TV. Three Flat Panel TV's One in the Bedroom, One in the living area and One in the dash of the vehicle. Onan Generator 5 kw with dash start switch.
