You will notice some personal items in the coach. That is because I still live in it. Had my husband not passed away, this coach would not be available. It is, to me, the perfect coach. For many years we were Workampers and found this coach to be very adaptable. It has done things and gone places th we were told impossible. This coach is 99% usable when the slides are in. You just can't open the dresser drawers. The black tank can easiliy go 7 - 12 days between dumping. All windows are clear - no fogging anywhere. The only thing really wrong is the awning over the door. It is gone - a long story. There has been no smoking in this coach but a cat and a bird live here. I am allergic to both so I have to maintain a good vacuum schedule. Two new 8D house batteries were purchased in 2016. Vehicle has had all regular maintenance. Tires are good but should be replaced within the next 18 months just because of their age. They are 6 years old and were last rotated in spring of 2016. By the way they are Toyo tires. The only brand we ever use and have never had a problem with them. There is an 18" high electric porcelain toilet with a slow close lid and seat. Very easy on and off if you have back issues. Convenience items are Intellect panels every 6-8 feet for lighting control and panic alert. There are 3 generator switch locations and 4 water pump switches. Diesel fills on either side of coach. This will be considered a "short sale". I have already spoke with my bank. However will have to use a RV dealer to complete the paperwork.
