Has 10gl water htr; 4 burner wedgewood stove w/oven; Generac 5000 generator with ONLY 1000 hrs used in 23 yrs; LOW LOW mil of 60334; Engine and all operating components in great operating condition; JVC AM FM CD with built-in speakers in main cabin; tires have 10/32" tread left; Ducted A/C & Heating Vents; 2 13500 BTU A/C units; New steering stability bar; 4 new shocks; roof resealed April 2015; new engine and house batteries; 21" flat TV screen and 13" TV monitor; Walk around queen bed; new Oster microwave; tons of storage both in cabin and underneath unit; solar panel on roof; 40gl LP tank; hydraulic leveling jacks; cruise control and overdrive feature. Note:Handicap grab bar in entry way NOT for sale. Just got back from a 7000+ mile cross country trip to the East Coast and this RV performed like a brand new RV. No mechanical issues at all and we were towing a 4000lb vehicle. Wouldn't hesitate to take this unit on another 60k + miles if we weren't selling it!
