8.1 Vortec Eng. w/ Alison Trans; Hydronic basement "heat pump" type electric heat and A/C as well as gas furnace; Micro/Convection oven combo; Washer/Dryer; 4-dr. refer w/ New cooling unit in 2015; Ice Maker; 10 gal.gas/elec water htr. with DSI; 90 gal. fresh water; 32" LED TV in lvg area: 20" LED TV in bedroom; AM/FM/CD Stereo; DVD Player; TV ant. w/Booster; Pre-wired for roof satellite dish; 7 KW Onan gen.; Hydraulic Leveling; 8-way pwr drivers seat; Leather seats driver &passenger; Alum. RV Wheels; 16' awning; Window awnings on lvg. dining room and bedroom; Upgraded Deluxe cabinetry; Cruise Control; Elec. dbl. step; 2000 Watt inverter (new 2016); Smoke, Carbon Monoxide and LP gas detectors; Mirrors power w/defrost; Outside Shower; Power Roof Vent w/Rain Sensor; Rear B/up Camera; Skylight in shower. All tires were new at 15,881 miles when I bought the MH in Dec. 2013, so they have approx. 16,650 miles on them. I replaced one tire (right outside rear) in August, 2016 - road damage to the existing tire that cut it badly. At that time there was less than 1/16" difference in tread depth between the new tire and the other tires. I bought an extended warranty from dealer in Dec., 2013 w/ $100 deductible, so anything needing fixed was fixed immed.. The bal. of warranty transferable to buyer, but NOT included in the sales price of the motorhome. Cost would be approx. $1,100 to assume it. (Good to 12/1/17) Note: Hydronic Heating System (basement electric heat) NOT covered in the warranty. It was optional coverage and dealer did not include it when I bought the rig. I just discovered it when looking at the contract to see if transferable. Perhaps could be added at additional cost - would have to verify that. The Heating System is working great. Just serviced (lube, oil, and filter). Also wash, waxed & carpet cleaned. All you need is load your things & hit the road. Flawless. I had minor body damage to front right fender repaired so the body is in perfect condition. The decals have faded some due to UV rays from sun but still good looking. None of them pealing off the body at all. FULL DISCLOSURE ON PICTURES: The 4 pictures of the MH on gravel RV pad taken 10/28/16. All other pictures w/ my email address on them I had saved from the dealer's website. I chose to use them because they were professionally taken & a lot better than I would do with my phone camera. Those pictures still reflect appearance & condition of the MH today with the following exceptions: 1- Couch cushions are starting to split at stitching in the seam of the surface of the cushion; 2- Clock above couch replaced; 3- Wallpaper border at vanity replaced w/ vinyl tiles; 4- Wallpaper border in toilet closet removed; 5- Bedspread & shams replaced with powder blue; 6- Swivel recliner re-upholstered 3/16 with vinyl of similar color. Footstool still original leather.
