Well maintained and ready to go! We're downsizing, and reluctantly letting go of our well-loved RV. Everything works, no odors or leaks, and numerous upgrades and improvements. The Triton V-10 provides plenty of power, and is quiet enough to have conversations in a normal voice at freeway speeds. The interior is where this coach really stands out. Comfortable, roomy and esthetically pleasing with neutral colors and no gaudy flower prints. We have had 10 people eating dinner together at once on rainy days. The dinette and couch convert to beds to comfortably sleep 6 people. We hold title, and will accept cash or certified cashier's check (once it clears). Tabs expire 4/2017. Key features: • Dual slideouts with awnings (kitchen/dinette and bedroom) • Hydraulic leveling jacks (manual control) • Backup and side cameras • Amazingly roomy kitchen • Full aft bedroom with queen bed and lots of closet space • Central A/C • 30-amp electrical service • Electric/propane refrigerator/freezer • Powered roof vent with thermostat • 6500 watt Generac generator with inside start/stop • Car trailer hitch • Powered fold-out steps • Built in smoke/CO detectors • Lots of basement storage with passthrough • RV cover • Manuals and maintenance records Recent improvements and upgrades: • New full roof and seals (9/2015) • New coach batteries, charging system and 1500-watt inverter (2/2016) • Fresh engine & generator oil/filter (2/2016) • New holding tank vent with Vortex (2/2016) • LED interior light upgrade (7/2015) • Water service seals and hoses replaced (2/2016) As with any older coach, there are minor blemishes: • Crack in rear bumper • Cracked front left turn signal lens • Heat damage to basement door under furnace exhaust • Minor ceiling stains • Inaccurate black water holding tank gauge (a common issue) • Some basement doors don't stay open
