READ THE LISTING FIRST!!! This unit was purchased and used only a few times. The senior who owned it parked it in the backyard and became ill. It sat under the trees in the yard and developed a roof leak! This roof leak has caused major water damage inside the unit. It is a project and needs the roof repaired or replaced and the kitchen cabinets have water damage as well as the ceiling. Most of the water damage is contained to the front area. The bed in the rear was stored in their house and only put in the unit for transport to the lot. The mattress is stored in my garage and appears new. The two sofas are in good shape. The whole trailer just had a full check up by Lazy days trailer sales in Tampa, Fl.
