She appears to be in overall good condition. The seller reports she's structurally and mechanically sound. The gel coat looks good overall, but there's a scratch/scrape on the passenger side and a gash on the passenger side bumper. They appear to be cosmetic. No other exterior damage. This unit has normal wear and tear. The exterior paint and body are also in good shape for the age; no issues to report. There are no smells. The only obvious issue is seen in the ceiling. Water intrusion from an air conditioner cover that had blown off, and rainwater seeped in. It is limited to just around the A/Cs. The carpeting is faded but in decent condition.
