This is a very well maintained coach. The genset is less than 5 years old. Tv's are newer. Transmission has been changed over to transynd. M-11 cummins with 130,000 miles. Tires still have around 2 years left and they are not weather rotted. This rig pulls very strong,you will noy have any power issues. I bought this from the original owner,i have had it a few years and enjoyed it bit i would like to upgrade to a newer one.
1997 Monaco Signature 40 ADMIRAL, M-11 engine,130,000 miles. 10 k generator less than 500 hours. New shocks,new airbags,trans fluid and filters just replaced. Two roof airs with heat strips plus aquahot. I also replaced the air filter,fuel filters,coolant filter,and performed an oil change. Coach has a bar and ice maker,wood floors,frig is less than 5 years old. Front end has been professionally aligned and ride hite adjusted. I also installed a new dash air compressor,belt,drier,and orfifice in March. Airbrakes were also serviced. Generator is less than 2 years old. Updated flatscreens,c.d. player,also has an outside entertainment center. 52000.00 obo. 214-802-5066
