The owner says all systems are working well. Recently had generator service and awnings all in good condition. Engine serviced on an annual basis. Noticed only a small scratch on the bottom of the right rear storage door. The interior cabinets are all in good condition. The sofa sleeper leather can use some cleaning. And some TLC throughout. This Coach has three roof AC units/with heat pumps, also has Aqua-hot heating system. Has a King Dome satellite on the roof, also a TV antenna. Has a ceiling mounted TV in the living room and a wall enclosed in bedroom. This Coach has 10 air bags for a very nice Ride and when setting up just push the leveling button and it levels itself/ no leveling jacks to bother with.
