The outside of the RV is probably in above avg condition when compared to other 9 yr old RVs.The inside of the RV is probably in above avg condition when compared to other 9 yr old RVs.Interior is clean with no unpleasant odors of any kind (i.e. pet, smoke, musty, etc etc.)This RV is approx 40'6" foot According to NADA.This RV is a Monaco Beaver Monterey RV built on a Roadmaster Coach chassis. This Beaver rivals many American Coach , Newmar , and Monaco 's products with the motor size and the features with in the RVThis RV was just drove approx 75 miles with no trouble. No oil leaks were noted on the trip home There are 2 roof AC unit that work. Heat pumps as wellthe dash AC blows cool air. The engine comp cycles, perhaps come freon is all that is neededThere is a fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric.This means the coach is not new so please do not expect new.If you are expecting a decent to nice 9 year old RV that is USED this is it.I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better.There are no known roof leaks at this time. Fiberglass roodOver the past 9 years I can not guarantee there has never been a roof leak, currently we have not seen any roof leaks.This coach can sleep a total of 4The tires have good tread. However they were made in 2010. They do have a few yrs left on them, typically 7 yrs from install, however for the 72k price tires is something you wont have to worry about for the next 7 yrs.The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There might be a stain or two but nothing to be concerned about.This coach has a 50 amp power cord hook up from the factory.I do not think you would have any trouble on the way home.I now feel that I have described this rv 'bad'. I would rather you to be happy and satisified than disappointed when you arrive. I tend to write ads making the RV sounds worse than I think it really is..couple of things to note:the front does have a clear 3M type bra on it. It is early in mildewing stagescouple of tiles in the RV are loose. They are not cracked. better thanTypical tile in a 60k mile RV.one of the shower skylights has been cracked and prevouis repairpass front slide topper, some of the stitching has come loose.

It is a one owner trailer.The owner said they used it once in the 3 yrs they had it.Generally V2GRV sells motorized RVs so when RV , Coach , or similar is used please keep in mind it is reffering to the travel trailer.GENERALLY, the coach you are viewing is a Bank unit, that was repoed from an individual. I in turn bought it from the bank for the purpose of resell. However, if there was a major problem with the unit upon purchase V2GRV will either address/ correct the problem, or report the issue with in the ad. Just because the RV was repoed by the bank does not mean its life is over. Most of these RVs were voluntary turned back in, meaning "life" happened and the people could not longer keep the unit and turned it back to the bank. Sometimes some TLC may be needed on any used unit.This trailer was originally made and sold as a 2012 Monaco R Vision Trail Sport 27QBSS.The outside of the trailer is probably is in ABOVE avg to Nice condition when compared to other 3 yr old RVs. The stripes are in good shape. No cracking or peelingThe inside of the trailer is probably in above avg condition when compared to other 3 yr old trailers. Interior is clean with no unpleasant odors of any kind (i.e. pet, smoke, musty, etc etc.)This coach approx 31 foot According to NADA. This trailer is a lite weight trailer. According to NADA empty weight is 4200lbs gross weight is 6100 lbs. Please consult your vehicle owners manuals concerning safe towing. This trailer was just towed approx 700 miles with no trouble. Monaco builds thier own chassis in house under the Roadmaster nameThis Monaco makes other RVs under the Holiday Rambler , Safari , Beaver line as well. The Diplomat can be compared to the HR Endeavor , and the Beaver Monterrey. This RV was just driven approx 600 miles with no trouble.There is are dual ducted ACs units that works. Ducted air Dash AC blows cold air of coarse it is 50 degrees or less, so its hard to tell just how cold the air really isThere is a fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric.This means the RV / motorhome is not new so please do not expect new.If you are expecting a decent to nice 15 year old coach that is USED this is it.I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person.
