This 2008 Monaco Signature Cambridge IV is in stellar condition. ? This is hands down one of the nicer motor homes I have ever seen. ? The exterior of this coach features full body black and red paint with countless layers of clear coat, which make for the perfect paint job. ? 1997 Monaco Executive Motorhome with less than 2000 Miles total! 40' Motorhome with very little use Class A, Diesel Cummins 8.3 Turbo Charged 1,769 Miles ONAN Quiet Diesel 7500 Generator 942 Hours. Both diesel motors just serviced. 3 New Batteries. CUMMINS 450 HP 6 SPEED JAKE BRAKE (hi & low). Dual paine windows Anti-Lock Brakes, Air bags (8 on the outside). Automatic Levelers. Fuel 200 gal. Water 100 gal. Manabloc Plumbing Manifold. Washer/dryer combo. Shower in bathroom. Private toilet off bathroom. Black holding tank 60 gal. Grey holding tank 60 gal. Hot water hearter 10 gal. 40 gal LP tank. Two roof AC units/heat strips. Power Inverter (2500 watts). Ice maker. 2 door frig. (freezer & reig.) Microwave Convection Oven. Two burner stove. Washer/dryer comb. I purchased this Motorhome from the original owner that rarely used it and passed away two years ago. It just sat outside in the Sun and could therefore use a paint job and also could use new tires. I had a Diesel mechanical check out both engines and I had a RV electrician replace the Electrical Transfer that was bad so 110V works but 12V is still out. Overall condition for the age is very good. I see no leaks. Appliances don't appear to have been used at all, I never turned them on and never used water tanks or propane or roof A/C. All this luxury sits on a Roadmaster S-series 10 airbag chassis with full cushion air glide suspension. This rig floats and is a true coach not a motorhome and trust me there is a difference .
