2007 Monaco Dynasty 42, MSRP $431,048. The Emperor IV was the top Dynasty in 2007. Base price was $375,055 so this coach has $54,000 of options. BANK FINANCING and TRADE-INS are available with this sale. The floor plan has a completely private bath, which can be used and still allows other passengers full access to the rest of the coach. Bedroom sink allows two to get ready at same time. The bed faces north/south so is not in a slide. This allows full access to the bed during travel, and has a 20 in. LCD TV at foot of bed for full viewing with in-motion satellite. In addition this allows the bed to have cross ventilation from two large windows on either side for more pleasurable sleeping. View MSRP listed in pictures, standard equipment in the Emperor IV are much greater than other Dynasty models. Savings Package B includes 3M film front mask, Storage Bay Slide-out tray from either side, 37"LCD ceiling drop TV, power cord reel, power water hose reel, Aqua Hot Heating System, Girard Automatic Patio Awning. ( Awning will retract itself in heavy winds.) Some option explanations: Black Pearl is the top Ralph Lauren interior and exterior option. Spiced Maple is solid maple (no veneers) wood interior in spice color. See-Vision enables you to view any of the cameras on the inside or outside of the coach from the drivers seat or the bed. The in/motion satellite means the roof satellite will track while you move down the road, you will not lose your station. Aqua Hot system enables you to have hot water while driving down the road, and also can act as a heater if temperature is too low for a/c heat pumps. Aqua Hot will heat with engine, and has a small diesel motor, or is powered by shore power. You will never run out of hot water. Sanicon pump means you do not mess with sewer hoses. You have one small hose you attach to sewer on occasion, turn on pump and let the system drain black and gray tanks, no mess, no smell. There were a few changes from the MSRP sheet at time of purchase. We removed the washer/dryer to have additional closet space. The J Lounge was replaced with the custom made leather love seat you see in the pictures. This has a much larger sleeping capacity, and seats more people than the J lounge. Both loveseat and couch can sleep two, or one with lots of room. Also, the king bed was replaced with a queen to add more space to the bedroom. This coach has always been stored inside. Coach has always been maintained. Single owner, no cigarettes, very clean, very nice. $197,900.00 Reno airport is less than an hour away. Fly in and I will meet you and take you to the coach.
