2005 purchased in 2006, Very clean trailer, non smoker owned. Equipped with 2 AC units, 1 unducted in the bedroom and a ducted thermostat controlled unit in the main living area. Both units were installed two summers ago.There are APARTMENT SIZED, washer and dryer in this trailer that close into a closet. These are not RV size units, a stand was modified to accept both units. The washer is top load and rolls out for loading and back for closing the door and storing out of the way. The washer and dryer will wash the queen size sheets for the bed and easily keeps up for two people, tubs are more than twice the size of RV units.. Trailer has a 10 gallon Gas/electric water heater for the washer dryer combo but also makes better showers.Living area has a ceiling fan, two recliners and TV. Table and 4 chairs for dining. Fridge and Freezer work great. Over and stove look like new.Wheel bearings are sealed self lubricating, These Trailers are the best built, double welded aluminum frames, marine grade plywood floors, far superior to many models available. I haven't rolled the awning out in a while to check it's condition, the trailer is set up with power on for viewing but is not occupied.With power on and water available you can inspect all the systems more easily.I moved into a house on the water and will no longer need the trailer, I purchased this Trailer new and I'm asking what I owe on it, $18,000email or call 985-629-1855
