This Motor coach is 44' and has 4 slide outs and is amazingly clean. Some of the Features: 6 Speed Allison/525HP Caterpillar engine Full Bath and a half. (Great amenity for any couple)! New Tires (2 yrs. old, 1500 miles on them) Batteries are 2 yrs. old. LazyDays, where the coach was purchased, they also replaced the following items when we made our purchase: 1) HWI Control (6 Pack) which is the leveling controls. 2) DVD Player 3) Shower Head System 4) Complete service and fluid change. 5) Other misc. items/some cosmetics as well. 6) Aqua Hot System. We installed many new additions once we got the coach, such as a brand new Winegard Satellite System, We also put Tyron System on the coach at purchase. This keeps the coach going straight in the case of a tire blowout while traveling. Other Things the Coach Has: C/B Radio, Pop up driver video screen to keep the driver updated on all systems while under way, Aladdin Security System (This gives you a 360 degree outside view of what and who may be around your coach at any given time, while you are in any part of the interior of the coach), Electronic Visors for both Driver and Passenger side, as well as for the driver's side window, has 3 storage bays under the coach which extend in a pull out system so you don't have to crawl into get your things out. The coach has two couches on each side of the living room and one of them has a full Queen Size Bed pullout. The Master bed is an RV King mattress which is a sleep number mattress. (Takes Regular King Size Sheets) There is a place for three different TV's in and under the coach, with the main living room TV being brand new a year ago and is 55" TV, all high Def. It also folds down electronically from the ceiling and goes back up into the ceiling when finished. The dining room table is usually in the 2 seat position but can accommodate up to 4 people when pulled out. Coach comes with 4 matching, upholstered chairs. Also, most coaches come with one compact washer/dryer that is one in the same, you wash and dry cloths in the same unit and it is very small. We replaced ours with brand new, apartment size units, one for washing cloths, one for drying. Much nicer and extremely practical. The refrigerator is a full size residential side by side refrigerator freezer and is in good working order. The stove is gas and has two burners. The oven is a microwave convection oven combination. We lived in our coach for about 9 months to a year and cooking was never a problem with not having a full size oven.
