Mileage 65,400. 1 12’ super slide. 6 New tires purchased August-September 2016 prior to 5,000 mile trip. Spare tire not on rim purchased April 2016. Just spent 5 weeks in Florida. Everything works except back up camera-needs to be replaced. Have not tried ice maker but the motor works. Has cargo bay heater but have not tried it. New Sharp Microwave Convection oven purchased May-June, 2016. New flat screen TV purchased May-June, 2016. Belt & hose for E450 Ford engine replaced prior to September 2016 5000 mile trip. Kept parts replaced for backup if needed. Engine does not burn any oil none added during 5000 mile trip. Winterized October 2016 & February 2017. Full printed owner’s manual in 3 ring binder. Equipment instruction manuals in a 3 ring binder. Onan generator serviced at 565.1 hours, currently has 568 hours. Water purifier not hooked up. Replaced antenna head with King Jack September-October 2016. Replaced thermostat for A/C- Heater September 2016. Coach batteries replaced October-November 2015. Truck battery replaced May 2016. 3 new vent covers November 2016. Have Auto Check Report. Adco full cover used once for 4 months. I do not need help in selling this RV.
2005 Monaco Esquire 31PKS, This well cared for Monaco Class C will not disappoint! It is exceptionally clean inside and out and is full of features. This is a high-end coach and is appointed as such. It features a nice, large slide-out (2 rocker/recliners and booth dinette) real wood cabinetry and trim, vast amounts of storage (both in cabinets and drawers), convection oven/microwave combo, ice maker. There is a full size shower, queen bed in the rear (again with a lot of storage) and nicely laid out bathroom. The coach has had regular maintenance, has fresh tires and runs/drives perfectly.
