Double Slide RV with 59,465 current miles. New engine at 40k miles. We averaged 10 mpg fuel at 60-65mph. New tires. 350 Cummins - 6 speed Allison.Aqua hot. Instant hot. Replaced both TVs. Living room TV drops down from ceiling.We are second owner - purchased in Idaho with branded title which they said meant damaged but repaired. Had a kitchen fire.Professionally remodeled interior. It's different from most with black cabinetry. Laminate wood looking floors for easy upkeep. Carpet in bedroom and tile in bathroom area.We added third AC unit. Enlarged and tiled the shower. Added two 110v toe kick heaters.Has dual washer/dryer barely used. Two sinks with one in toilet room and one in bedroom.7500 generator. Automatic Awning. There is a little paint damage.We are ready to travel in the Newell we bought and must sell this Monaco Dynasty Princess.The storage areas have been covered in fabric and we think you will enjoy this RV as much as we did.
