2004 Monaco Dynasty PLATINUM III, This coach has auto leveling provided by the 10 air bag suspension system. The mileage on the unit is approximately 40,300. The Aladdin information center displays chassis & coach information. Additional electronics include Sony color rear view camera/display, CB radio, Visteon AM/FM radio, Trac Star In-Motion Satellite Antenna and Hughes Satellite Receiver. The coach has front and rear Sony televisions and is wired for an external TV in the lower storage. The driver seat and passenger buddy seat are Flexsteel leather chairs which swivel 180 degrees to provide conversational arrangement in the main cabin. The buddy seat is a recliner w/extending leg rest. The living room is designed with two large slide outs. There is a leather J-couch and a second upholstered couch both having storage drawers below. The couches convert to queen size beds providing sleeping space for 4 adults in the main cabin in addition to the queen sized bed in the Master. Six adults are easily accommodated. The kitchen is outfitted with; a 12 cubic foot-4 door Norcold refrigerator/freezer which switches automatically from Electric or LP Gas; a 3 burner Atwood LP cooktop with electronic ignition; and a Sharp dual microwave/convection oven. All woodwork and cabinetry in the coach is natural cherry. Kitchen counters are Corian with a double sink. Complementing the carpet in the adjoining living area the kitchen floor is ceramic tile; Across from the kitchen is a legless slide out dining table w/seating for four. The bath area floors are ceramic tile and a privacy pocket door separates the main area from the Master. There is a full sized shower with sky light, vanity w/Corian counter/sink plus storage. The coach also has an Aqua-Hot water system. A second Corian vanity/sink is stationed in a water closet across from the shower. This contains a Sealand porcelain flushable toilet with more storage over sink and toilet. The Master Bedroom has two slide outs providing a large space for the Queen size mattress, night tables w/drawers, 9 storage drawers and overhead storage. A built-in safe is under the bed. The washer/dryer (Splendide) is housed in its own cabinet beside the large mirrored closet. The unit has full width basement storage with sliding trays behind auto-locking doors. There are tire covers and a tow bar with a new car tow bar. A new refrigerator was installed late in 2013. All outdoor awnings were replaced in 2014. The engine was recently reviewed by Cummins with no open issues found. The front AC unit was replaced in 2013. Finally this coach is equipped with a chair lift for those passengers who have difficulty with stairs.
