2002 Monaco Diplomat 38.5ft. Diesel Pusher. Cummins 330 with only 75,000 miles runs great. Allison transmission. Onan 7.5 diesel generator with 1300 hours also runs great. Engine and generator serviced regularly; oil and fuel filters just changed. Two slide-outs total; one in the living room and one in the bedroom. Interior has been updated with new flooring, paint, fixtures, additional cabinets where the old tv was and additional cabinets in the back closet, toilet, couch, pillow top mattress, flatscreen tv and stand, and cabinet hardware. All of the extras of a Monaco diesel including leveling jacks, air suspension, exhaust brake, washer/dryer hookups, air parking brake, block heater, etc. AC blows cold. Furnace blows hot. Electric/propane water heater works great. Propane side of refrigerator works great. Solar panels and separate solar power system in motorhome. Upgraded water pump. Cabinet slide-outs installed. Tire monitors installed on all tires. Extra back-up camera added. Two new windshields. 100 gallon fresh water tank. 100 gallon gas tank. 38 gallon propane tank. Black and grey water tanks. The motorhome is water-tight with no leaks. The Diplomat is road ready but does need some work and repairs. There is fiberglass damage to the rear passenger side. The relay on the electric side of the fridge is out, and one door hinge is broken; but the fridge still seals and the fridge and freezer work great on propane. The electric step is jammed but the motor still works. The rear ac will not turn on. One tire needs to be replaced. Inverter monitor port is out, but does not affect operation.
