Buy from an owner………They can tell you more about their RV. A dealer might check TV's but will not check DVD players or cabling. They will start the W/D but will not wash a load to see if it works right…... Buy a coach that is being used. RV's are like boats. If you do not use them, they fall apart. We use this about once every other month and wax it every 6 months. Being a house and vehicle at the same time. There’s a lot that can go wrong. It needs to be kept up.This is a solid, well-built, luxurious coach that would be easy to live full time or retire in. We have had a few other RV’s and this one has far more convivences and extras than all of our past RV’s put together. So much more it would be hard for me to list everything. I will put a list below of just some of the best things about this coach. All 08 Monaco SKQ have pretty much the same trim and paint. If you need to know more than I have listed or want to see more pictures or compare prices. Just look at some of the other ads with the same model and year. If you need more pictures, just ask and I will get them.What I like best about this coach…………400 HP Cummins diesel(strong in the mountains), 4 slide (very open), fireplace, Ceramic tile floors, power hose reel, power 50 amp cord reel, power sun shades, 3 TV’s, Mid coach mounted TV, power step cover, in motion satellite, huge double slide out storage (we store 2 kayaks inside), slide out generator, central vacuum, full size fridge, LOTS of inside storage, W/D, huge master closet, maceration pump, fiberglass roof, 3 camera system,Things I have replaced or fixed since I bought this RV a year ago……New tires, New batteries, air filter, oil & filter changed, new front breaks, new exhaust manifold, new main slide out rubber trim, new cable switch box, outside TV added, resealed roof tape, new wiper blades, new central vacuum, new door awning motor……………I bought this from a dealer. It was neglected. I have spent the last year fixing it up for retirement. Then had to sell because of medical problems.I am an honest person and will tell you this RV is not perfect. There is a few small body scratches and paint chips. The fridge water and Ice through the door does not work. I have never used the in-motion satellite. Runs perfect and very dependable. Average 8-9 MPG. We live in Key Largo Fl. You are welcome to come down and stay in this RV for a couple nights at 100 a night to see if you like it. That money will be taken off the purchase price if you buy it.
