The perfect FAMILY RV! This RV is in pristine condition and looks better then when new. Plus, it has always been kept inside. It has very low miles, just 18,169. It has just been serviced. It comes with the complete car towing system. It is wired, set-up, and also includes power-tow. I have included a photo of the factory build sheet in the photos. We spent a lot of time at the factory custom building this coach. This gave us the opportunity to customize and upgrade the coach as you will see in the pictures. In addition to the build sheet attached we also added the following upgrades: Custom picked metallic paint scheme (one of a kind).Custom cut oriental rugs replacing Monaco original. Plus matching oriental 5 x 8 and 5' round diameter removable rugs.The front captainâ€™s chairs are from the Monaco Executive style and design and include heated and massage seats. The leather also matches the sofas.The Roadside Sofa was changed to a queen blow-up instead of a the standard full-sized. This was custom built by Villa. We also upgraded, wood grained dashboard.It has two extra folding chairs with matched Ralph Lauren interior upholstery.Coach was built for family style with the jack bed and the queen pull-out. Every cabinet that could be used for storage was made to maximize storage.All of the shades were upgraded to custom black-out shades. (I did this so the kids would sleep-in.) Recently added:Front and rear televisions are new LED Smart televisions.It has a Pioneer in-dash stereo with separate amplifier and subwoofer.All of the tires are brand new Michelin's with just 300 miles on them.It also has brand new coach and starting batteries with just 300 miles on them.Upgraded insulation to the engine compartment with an exterior added rectangular vent to keep engine and the rear bedroom cool. This vent was custom painted to match coach.All interior lighting has be upgraded to LED. Washer and Dryer is brand new and never used.This is a one of a kind coach!
