2007 Monaco Diplomat 40 PDQ, 2007 MONACO DIPLOMAT 40 PDQ- A 41 FOOT DIESEL PUSHER WITH FOUR HUGE SLIDES AND A CUMMINS 8.9 LITER ENGINE RATED AT 400 HP AND 1200 FOOT LBS TORQUE. THIS TWO OWNER, VERY WELL MAINTAINED, COACH HAS JUST COMPLETED A MAJOR INTERIOR UPDATE AND MECHANICAL SERVICE. IT WAS TRADED TO US RECENTLY ON A LUXURY 5TH WHEEL. AFTER SEVEN YEARS OF SERVICE IT WAS JUST TIME FOR SOME UPDATING. IT WAS NOT A LIVED IN UNIT, NOT OVER USED IN ANY WAY, A NON SMOKER AND THEY HAD NO PETS. THERE IS NOTHING NEGATIVE ABOUT THE HISTORY OF THIS COACH AND NOW IT LOOKS AS BEAUTIFUL AS ANY NEWER COACH WHICH IS CERTAINLY A GOOD THING. THE PREVEOUS OWNERS REPLACED THE FRIDGE WITH A MUCH LARGER, FROST FREE, QUICKER COOLING RESIDENTIAL 20 CUBIC FOOT FRIDGE. THEY HAD ALREADY UPDATED THE TV'S TO LCD AND SET IT UP FOR AN OUTDOOR TV. USING A PROFESSIONAL SUB CONTRACTOR WE FIRST REPLACED THE CARPETS AND ADDED NEW THICKER UNDERLAY. THE ORIGINAL FLOOR PLAN FEATURED TWO OPPOSING SOFAS AND THERE WAS NO CLEAR VIEW OF THE FRONT TV. WE REPLACED THE PASSENGER SIDE SOFA WITH A ACCENTING WOOD CABINET, AN ELECTRIC FIREPLACE, A 49" LCD TV ON A MOTORIZED LIFT AND A SMART DVD PLAYER CAPABLE OF RECEIVING NETFLIX AND OTHERS WITH ANY AVAILABLE WI-FI. THE DRIVER'S SIDE SOFA WAS ALSO REPLACED WITH A NEW MATCHING ULTRA LEATHER UNIT WITH A 54" WIDE HIDE-A-BED. WE ALSO UPGRADED THE MASTER SUITE WITH A MEMORY FOAM KING BED WITH NEW LINENS. FACTORY OPTIONS ALREADY INCLUDED A PULL OUT KITCHEN ISLAND, CORIAN COUNTER TOPS, A DESK / DINETTE, COMBINATION WASHER / DRYER, CENTRAL VAC, ULTRA LEATHER POWERED CAPTAIN'S CHAIRS, ALADDIN ELECTRONIC INFORMATION SYSTEM USING THE BACK UP MONITOR WHICH ALSO HAS SIDE CAMERAS. THE ONE PIECE FRONT WINDSHIELD PROVIDES A SPECTACULAR VIEW AND FEATURES POWERED SUN VISORS. THE FRONT CAP IS PROTECTED BY A 3M MASK. THE BATH ROOM FLOOR PLAN HAS TWO VANITIES AND A SPLIT FORMAT WITH A PRIVATE COMMODE ROOM. THE EXTERIOR IS IN GREAT SHAPE. THE FULL BODY PAINT STILL SHINES LIKE NEW AND APPEARS TO BE ALL ORIGINAL. THERE IS NO BODY DAMAGE ON THIS COACH. THERE ARE MULTIPLE WINDOW AWNINGS WITH PROTECTIVE METAL WRAPS AND BOTH POWER PATIO AND DOOR AWNINGS. REMOVABLE EXTERIOR SUN SCREENS ARE ALSO INCLUDED. THERE IS A DOMED AUTOMATIC STATIONARY SATELLITE SYSTEM AND THE BASEMENT FEATURES A TWO WAY PULL OUT TRAY. THE 8Kw ONAN DIESEL GENERATOR HAS 423 HOURS ON IT AND COMES ON A MANUAL PULL OUT PLATFORM. THE MICHELIN TIRES ARE ORIGINAL TO THE COACH AND COME ON POLISHED ALCOA WHEELS. WE ARE DOING A MAJOR SERVICE ON THIS COACH. EVERYTHING WILL BE IN PERFECT WORKING ORDER AND ALL SERVICE INTERVALS WILL BE UP TO DATE. WE EXPECT TO BE ABLE TO SELL THIS COACH AS PERFECT AS POSSIBLE AND THE NEW OWNERS WILL NOT HAVE TO DO ANYTHING BUT MOVE IN.
