This coach is worth looking at. New carpet, new furnace, electric front shade, brand new tires purchased april 2016 , new Kenmore Navigation/fm/cd. One big slide out. As much as I hate to sell our 2000 Monaco Dynasty, recent medical issues force me to do so. This coach runs and drives like a dream, no worry of overheating with this coach, as it has a side mount radiator, not like most motorhomes with the rear mount radiator that can get clogged up with debris from being mounted in the rear. If you know Monaco, the Dynasty model is very well equipped with top of the line products and material. Good Tires.... Low Miles on them, only 4 years old. New House Battery's ... Newer Chassis Battery's. Recent oil change.. Just had it checked out so we could go south for the winter. Only a few items will need attention such as carpet stain, dash air, power step, step well cover & slide out awning. Hence the selling price of low retail value of $40,700.00, which is a far cry from the original sticker price, which is very well equipped as you can see from the sticker. NADAGUIDE defines low retail below- Low Retail Value — A low retail unit may have extensive wear and tear. Body parts may have dents and blemishes. The buyer can expect to invest in cosmetic and/or mechanical work. This vehicle should be in safe running order. Low retail vehicles usually are not found on dealer lots.
