New alternator and charging component in March 2015. Refrigerator serviced in 2011. Newer windshield in excellent condition (no cracks or chips). All tires have at least 75 percent tread on them and have had little sun exposure (tires covers used when parked and RV stored under cover); two tires manufactured in 2011; four tires replaced in July 2012.
