Bought October 2021 from original owner. The Diesel engines gets ~20 mpg which considering size and weight of vehicle is great gas mileage! Diesel engines in particular are known to run well over 400,000 miles. OURS HAS A LITTLE OVER 7,000. Aside from longevity, the superior reliability of the Sprinter should be a major factor for anyone looking to take their camper van off the grid. No generator noise since the solar and on engine alternator fill up the huge battery packs (brand new) with enough juice to sit in a parking lot for 2 hours running the AC without plugging in to shore power. This Class B is all electric with an engine powered generator. No Propane needed since the heat and water heater engine generator restored. Includes Roof Air, Solar Power, Lane change warning system, power roof fan and a power awning, dual rear tires, and a heavy-duty trailer hitch. Inside you will find instant hot water, a full bathroom and a rear screen. For entertainment there is a TV, DVD player, a New Advanced Stereo and Surround Sound. The kitchen area includes a Conduction stove, Microwave, and a sink. This model is custom with additional pantry / armoire storage where 1 of the rear passenger seats are normally. At 22.75 feet you can take any parking space and storage is not an additional expense because you can park in front of home. This Van drives easily and takes mountaneous terrain like a breeze. As the video will show the storage is huge in this model of Roadtrek with custom added pantry / armoire which stores anything from pots and pans to clothing. Roadtrek added slide out drawers double stacked, spice rack and many areas in shower to store toiletries. We included a teak floor mat for more comfort and practicality when using spacious shower. Back door opens out, tons of storage under back seat. Screen for sleeping at night with back doors open (no bugs) just fresh air. Window coverings include normal and blackout options great for privacy when desired. With the blinds open the natural lighting is abundant. The technology is user friendly for first time owners. The electric awning is another one of my favorites for creating the outdoor living space. We have the RV Superbag that is brand new never used (as I say we had not intended to sell, but life happens). We have the conduction stove pans (also never used) included in price.
