As you enter this family-owned RV, you will notice the open area in the living and kitchen. To the right of the entrance is a couch that converts into a bed, and across from that is the dining booth that also converts into a bed. Up above the cab is the large TV with cabinets on both sides.
In the kitchen area, there is an L-shaped counter with a cover over the sink to give you more countertop space. There is also a stove, microwave, and a good-sized refrigerator.
The bath has a separate area for the toilet and sink, with the shower in the hall for more space. You can open the door to close off the bath area.

The overall condition of the coach is very good. The exterior shows mild wear for the year and little to no sun fade. The graphics look good and the owner reports no major mechanical or cosmetic issues.
The interior is also very good but there is some peeling of the vinyl on the front seats and on the sofa and dinette.
The rest of the interior shows normal wear and tear; the coach has been cared for and presents well.
