The overall condition of the 2022 Melbourne Prestige 24RP is very good.
The exterior (paint, not decals) was found to be in very good condition, with no scratches, scrapes, or cracks detected.
The interior was found to be in very good condition. The upholstery was clean and free of any rips, tears or stains. (Note that the flooring had some "spots" that the manufacturer identified as rusting staples that had bled through).
The tires were found to have plenty of tread with no sidewall cracking/splitting. DOT 0121

2022 Jayco Melbourne Prestige 24RP Class-C Motorhome!
This 2022 Melbourne Prestige 24RP has been used lightly and has very low mileage. It is nicely appointed with a comfortable dinette sleeper, full kitchen, Murphy bed sofa, and full bathroom. It is also equipped with a diesel generator, hydraulic levelers, and lots of storage.
The driver's cab area has a pair of Ultraleather power-adjustable, swivel driver and passenger seats with boosters.
The windows are powered, and the heated mirrors are power adjustable.
The 24RP's premium chassis features enhance the driving experience, including active brake assist, adaptive cruise control, heated captain's seats, a smartphone tray with wireless charging, a rain-sensing wiper system, and lane-keeping assist.
An in-dash control monitor houses a stereo, navigation system, and Mercedes settings/apps. The rearview mirror also displays the backup camera.
This model is configured without the cab-over bunk and replaced with three large storage compartments with pull-out drawers.
The easy-operation legless dinette table can be set up as a bed. It has storage beneath the seat bottom and is equipped with seat belts.
Behind the dinette is a window with a day/night shade with overhead cabinet storage and lighting.
The kitchen features a stainless steel sink with a wood cover and a pull-out spray faucet, a convection/microwave oven, a 2-burner stove with a cover, and an electric/propane-powered refrigerator/freezer.
There is lots of drawer and cabinet storage, including a pantry.
In the kitchen, a TV is mounted on a swinging arm that can be adjusted for your specific viewing needs.
The sofa also has a queen-size Murphy bed that can be opened and closed using the power control on the back wall. Below the sofa, there is pull-out drawer storage. When the Murphy bed is down, there is overhead cabinet storage and a window with a day/night shade.
The controls for the inverter, generator, Murphy bed, and JAYCOMMAND system are on the back wall. The JAYCOMMAND system allows you to control the elements of your RV from the palm of your hand with the Jayco app.
The full bathroom is at the back of the RV. It has a sink with vanity, a medicine cabinet, a large linen closet, a foot-flush toilet, a shower with skylight, and a power ceiling fan.
Externally, the Melbourne Prestige 24RP is equipped with a Cummins Onan QD 3200 diesel generator, power leveling jacks, a quick-connect propane connection, and a bike rack.
On the roof, you'll find a 190W solar panel with dual controller, a Winegard 2.0 Wi-Fi/4 G antenna, and a 15,000 BTU low-profile air conditioner.
