2007 Presidio 39F with only 22K miles and kept under cover.  The rig gets great fuel mileage, the exterior is perfect and the interior is even nicer.  I purchased the unit from a family friend last year and our needs have changed so now I am selling it.   I bought the rig because I knew its prior owner and knew it had been well taken care of.  It was super clean when I bought it but I wanted it to be perfect so I spent close to $22K in the past 12 months just getting it to where I wanted it to be.   Just to name a few items, I put on all brand new Michelin tires ($5K), had all the interior leather replaced ($5K), all new tile and carpet ($5k), had the roof resealed ($2K), all the windows tinted with heat resistent metallic tint ($1,500) and had the whole rig (motor and chassis) serviced top to bottom by Freighliner ($3k).   The tires had no wear but they were old enough that I didn't want to risk a blowout.  The leather/pleather, like all rigs that age, was starting to peal and it was a awful cream color and now its brand new and modern looking.   The floor had a strip of tile down the middle and the rest was carpet.  My last rig was all tile and I liked it a lot so I had the carpet removed, tile laid on all the stationary flooring and new carpet installed everywhere else.   At this point, the interior is brand new.  The roof was in great shape but i didn't want to take any chances so I had it resealed too.  The coach windows in the living area have limo tint for privacy and heat resistance & the cockpit windows are tinted too.  The 39F model is unique because the driver's side slide is one giant 29 foot long slide so the interior opens up dramatically when all the slides are open.  Technically, the RV is considered a 3 slide but the one slide equals 2.5 slides on any other rig.  The 2007 motors don't have the restrictive fuel emission requirements so the coach gets much better mileage than the modern coaches.  I always pulled a trailer, ran the generator and still got 8-9 miles per gallon.   My buddy has a similar 2010 rig, pulls a similar trailer and gets 5-6 mpg.   The motor is a 330 HP Mercedes and generator is a 7500 Onan which has super low hours and is very fuel efficient too.  The coach is priced to sell so call me for details.  Michael 561-Five96-118Eight
