2012 Livin' Lite Quicksilver 8.0 , This pop-up is in perfect condition. It looks just like it did when it was purchased. We have been the only owners. We kept the plastic on the mattresses, so they are like new. If you are not familiar with this brand, it is made of aluminum. This means no rot, no rust, and extremely light weight (865 lbs). We tow it with an HHR, which maxes out at 1,000 lbs towing capacity (same as most cars). You don't even feel like you are towing anything! The canvas top allows you to open windows all around to enjoy the nature and scenery. The 2 main windows have the option to open to plastic coverings allowing the light and scenery in, but keeps the screens covered to keep the AC in. There is an AC unit, 2 full sized beds, a sink, storage cabinets, a dinette with bench seats that can be taken out and used outside of the pop-up too. This allows for more space inside. The bench seats and table can also become an additional bed. (sleeps 6 total) We have never done this though. I recommend looking up these pop-ups to see the floor plan and all the perks to having this brand. I will admit that the beds are not very comfortable on their own. We put a fluffy comforter underneath our sheets and it makes it feel nice and cozy. We have never used the sink. It can hook up to water at campsites or it can store water in a tank. We just have never done it. We have a porta potty that has never been used that can be thrown in the deal. We even have a second canvas top. It has some grease on it from when the service center dropped it while putting on the brand new one, but if you feel like cleaning it up it would make a nice back-up. This pop-up does not leak. We were in a horribly scary storm while camping and we stayed dry. The tires are in great condition and there is a spare. We keep this pop up in our garage. Set up is easy! Since the whole top is canvas and the supports are light weight aluminum, putting it up and taking it down is a cinch! We put it up or take it down in less than 10 minutes. So there you have it.
