In August 2016, as a Grandma, I purchased this 13' foot aluminum camper from another Grandma who assured me I could handle it myself. She was right, but I realize that as a widow, I don't enjoy doing this by myself. Now that I haven taken all the grandkids camping, I am ready to find a new owner. The camper is in very good condition. It has refrigerator, A/C, heater, TV, bathroom, indoor and outdoor showers, hot water heater, and can sleep five. There are two bunks, and a narrow pull-down sleep area above the dining area. My grandsons argue over who gets that bunk. It has a large net connected to the frame by seat-belt buckles. The dining area converts to a queen-size bed. There is a large awning outside the entrance.I am willing to include hoses, bedding, cookware, dishes, and so forth.I live in Georgia, but I travel extensively visiting family members. The camper is in Germantown, Maryland, at my son's home.
