Unit has been sitting for 2 years. Seller advised all tires need replacing, brakes are locked up and need full brake job before unit can be driven. On Board Generator needs work and is not operable now. Water damage from a blown off vent cover in the bathroom that the seller did not notice right away due to unit sitting so there is visible damage inside RV that needs repairs.
