Its in excellent condition, stored under a roof. Had metal valve stems installed on rear dual wheels so air can be checked or added. I had oil changed with Mobil1 as recommended by factory plus all new filters and generator oil replaced. I start up the motor-home every week and run the generator. LED lighting throughout, 2 skylights, built-in pantry, leather throughout, hardwood cabinets, pop-up flat-screen TV, queen size Murphy bed, average of 15-17 miles per gallon, low mileage, and generator included.
