RV Class B 2000 Freedom Leisure Travel Van Dodge Ram 3500 with newly installed back up camera. Purchased RV in May 2015 for overnight stays for work travel. Only used 6 times past year. I am the third owner. Would not be selling it if had more opportunities to use it. I researched a long time prior to purchasing this RV. Needed something a small lady to use independently. Length of the RV is 20 feet and it can be parked in regular parking spaces. This makes it easier than a traditional RV to go places without parking issues. From the outside, no one can tell that this is a small home instead of a work van. Asking $20,000 cash only firm price. Due to work schedule, limited to showing van on Saturdays and Sunday afternoons in Raleigh, Clayton, or Smithfield, NC. Located 30 minutes from Raleigh Durham airport. 87,700 miles. New tires placed at 82,182 miles. Painted in 2010 Brilliant Black with Orange side trim (to match previous owner's trailer for his Harley Davidson motorcycle). I have purchased black vinyl car wrap rolls that can cover the orange trim if desired. The sound system is excellent. Recent installation of state-of-the-art Pioneer AVIC-8100NEX/XNUC Multimedia Navigation Receiver, hands free smart phone communication, Sirius XM Satellite Radio, Apple CarPlay compatible, Alpine PDR-V75 sound system, 426W subwoofer, remote (installed by Sound Station and Security in Smithfield, NC). Original TV/DVD player not working. Planned to install new TV by same company but selling before adding that expense. Front: Driver and passenger swivel seats, air assist suspension system control, generator control. Kitchen: Refrigerator works with electricity or propane gas, LP gas range 2 burners, microwave oven and Black & Decker coffee maker, water heater and water pump for sink. Bathroom: Slide doors for privacy with fresh water toilet and shower with curtain, small sink, removable wooden floor covering shower floor with drain (perfect for washing off sandy feet or giving small children or dogs a rinse-off inside with privacy), closet. Back: electric rear sofa converting to queen size bed, 2 side seats on either side of the rear sofa, 2 sizes dinette tables available to use for up to 5 people in back (3 seated on couch). Power: auxillary generator (Onan GenSet) has very few hours on it and runs well, inverter to convert 12 V DC battery power to 110 V AC household current, LP propane tank 24 pounds. Heating and cooling: LP gas furnace, roof air conditioner with heat strip, power roof vent Fantastic Fan. Outside: outside crank awning with support arms for attaching to RV or to ground, outside shower, storage spaces, power outlet, shower. Factory installed towing trailer hitch, max trailer weight 4500 lbs. Had small roof window leak but fixed when I purchased. Test button for system monitor needs repair.
