2012, 24-foot, Front Dinette, Lazy Daze for Sale in Canby, Oregon   A 2012, 24-foot, front dinette, Lazy Daze is for sale by the original owners. The 24-foot length allows ease of travel without towing an automobile, fits into shopping center parking lots, and meets the size requirements of most state and federal campsites. The current owners, a retired couple, who neither smoked nor traveled with pets, selected Lazy Daze for its highly regarded reputation as well-constructed. The Ford E-450 chassis is powered with the optional Ford V-10, 6.8-liter engine provides 305 HP and 420 ft-lbs of torque at 3,250 rpm. Current mileage is 45,000 miles. All 7 tires were replaced by Ford on May 14, 2014 at approximately 19,000 miles in response to a Michelin tire safety recall.Included in the lengthy list of features is an Onan 4-KW Microquiet gasoline generator, a 100-watt solar panel, new Ford chassis battery, and a 15,000-BTU air conditioner with integrated heat pump. Other amenities include a propane, 20,000-BTU wall furnace; 6-gallon hot water heater; three Fan-Tastic exhaust fans; large, screened, double glazed windows, awning; LED lighting, and dual grab bars at the entry, and CB radio. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator which operates with either gas or electricity, a microwave, and propane range with three-burner cooktop and oven. Over the cooktop, a power hood exhausts odors to the outside.Unique among motorhomes is the smooth exterior polyurethane laminated aircraft aluminum coach body. The exterior paint scheme of red on white is the new Lazy Daze “swoops 'n' swirls,” rather than the older, traditional horizontal stripes. Interior décor is brown/charcoal with taupe valances, and tan carpet. The kitchen and bath areas have vinyl flooring. The colors, color schemes, features, and specifications currently displayed by the manufacturer at :// /   appear little changed from those of the 2012 model offered for sale here in this notice. One major difference: the manufacturer’s current offering starts at a base price of $90,750, while this 2012 model can be yours, now, priced to sell at $54,500. Lazy Daze motorhomes are only sold factory direct; prices are not discounted.
