The only reason we are selling our current RV is that we are upgrading to a 27. In addition to the above, we added Steer Safe and tire stem extenders right after purchase. The following have been replaced or added since purchase: Entire refrigeration unit (done under warranty) On third set of tires (current ones manufactured in 2013) Replaced the fuel pump, 3 years ago New shock absorbers, 2 years ago Replaced bathroom faucet, 4 years ago Replaced Shower and shower faucet, this year Replaced external city water connector, this year Replaced thermostat and furnace igniter, 2 years ago Replaced Trojan batteries two years ago Replaced radio/cd player, this year (added Sirius radio/CD player) Replaced refrigerator thermostat & thermocouple, this year New spark plugs at 70,000 miles New Fantastic Fan, water pump, 2 years ago at the factory Back up camera, 3 years ago. It currently does not work for some reason (worked fine for 2 yrs) but have all the parts so, hopefully, can be fixed for a reasonable amount. Additionally, the coach has been regularly maintained w/respect to oil changes, generator maintenance, etc. I go through a monthly checklist each month we are not using the coach for each system. I had the roof inspected in February, this year, at the factory and it is ok. Lazy Daze is the highest rated class C on the market. The current new market price for a similar model is right at $90,000.00 and a 14 mo wait. Ours has more then half its life left and has been consistently maintained. All systems work flawlessly. It does have a few scrapes on the outside but nothing of significance. Our rig has not just been sitting around for months on end.
