1983 Lazy Daze 23 23FD, Chassis is 1983, but engine was replaced less than 15K miles ago with an Edelbrock 305-hp racing engine; turbo400 tranny rebuilt w/all latest mods; added GearVendors Overdrive unit; roof resealed in 2014; new 16"tires with four EAGLE Aluminum wheels with less than 100 miles on them; many upgrades under hood; engine is carbureted, no computer, no CHECK ENGINE light! All appliances work; no generator; engine A/C just needs a compressor & condenser; SS dual Exhaust Headers, no Catalytic Converters (legally); interior repainted & new flooring; Samsung HD TV w/Home Theater + TV over bed; CB Radio w/antenna+XM Antenna+TV Antenna all on roof;Runs & Sounds great; she's cute & strong & reliable. (The engine has always had Mobil 1 Synthetic oil; she's never been abused or run much over 60mph; probably worth asking price alone just for the engine, tranny, Gear Vendors Overdrive, & new wheels & Tires.
