Office trailer, Lark 12'x6' w/ all anyone would need for a mobile field office. Unit never used. In mint condition. Exterior few very light scratches, Interior no know flaws. Built for mobile field office for personal use; however, due to age and medical conditions I retired and never used the trailer. I had the ceiling raised to 7' interior, had the walls and ceiling insulated, added and axle. I weigh 300 lbs and with the nose stand and no jacks the trailer is very stable when I move around. I have pulled the trailer w/ an Expedition w/ no problems. Pulls straight and true. This unit could be used as a recreation item, temporary hunting/fishing camp. Just a overnight camp out. The appliances have been run ever two or three months and are working great. Will within a 100 miles other wise will need to make arragnements to pick-up unit.
