This Lance model 1030 cabover has nearly every option available at the time we ordered it built. It is in excellent condition. The toilet is not in the shower. It has a 2500 watt Onan generator with only 32 hours on it, A/C, microwave, remote control jacks, encased side awning, rear awning, outside shower, black water flush, exterior propane connection for BBQ or ?, TV, AM/FM/CD/DVD, TV antenna & cable hook up, Fan-Tastic Vent, 3 way fridge/freezer which switches automatically to available power source, central heat which even heats the holding tanks & valves, so it can be taken to freezing locations without anything freezing. The hot water heater even lights from the inside with a flip of a switch. It requires a long bed pickup. The length is 10'11''. A trailer or vehicle can be towed behind with a hitch extension, which I have as well. The batteries are only a year old. It has served us well, but we have upgraded to a toyhauler.
