This camper is complete with 4 corner manual jacks and a turn buckle system. It comes with a 8,000 Btu A/C and heater. A shower is integrated within the bathroom. The refrigerator is 3 way operating on propane,DC or shore power. All paperwork is included and the camper is sold in 'as is' condition. It will fit on a long bed truck.
