As per seller:
Water has warped the floor under the Dinning table But I was able to stop any further entry of water.
There is a small circular soft spot approx 10 inches in the center of the floor.
The bathroom fan is not working.
The grey tank only (black tank is fine) has a leak once it gets completely full but does not leak at all until totally full.
The awning needs cleaning but operates perfectly.
The LED strip under awning needs to be replaced.
The speakers need to be replaced.
