This is located in a gated park within walking distance to Indian lake and private boat docks The park has a swimming pool, shelter house, boat storage, putt putt golf. Lot rent is currently 1700 a year. This can be moved if you prefer and comes with the shed,awaning and everything you see. It has forced air furnace and air conditioning. The park is seasonal and we recently bought a second home close by and can show it on Saturday or Sunday This unit needs nothing and is move in ready. It also is set up for a stackable washer and dryer even though there has never been one there. It has a queen size bed and lots of storage in the bedroom, it has a full size bathroom with a corner enclose shower.
