The 26’ Komfort 5th Wheel, featuring a large "super" single slide-out, is a classic 2005 model. Renowned as the top-of-the-line RV at the time, it remains in good overall condition. Very well designed, it provides for private dressing area in the hallway by the large closet and clothing drawers. The many storage cabinets come well stocked and ready for immediate use, with a comprehensive range of onboard essentials including:
• Drinking water hoses and filters
• Extension/power cords
• All necessary electric adapters
• Surge protector and power inverter
• Complete kitchen gear (cooking utensils, pots and pans, glasses, serving ware, silverware, cooking knives etc.)
• Queen size memory foam mattress, pillows and some linens
• Two installed 5-gallon propane tanks
Recent upgrades add significant value, such as nearly new portable solar panels with controller, a recently installed lithium battery, and a WFCO Arterra WF-9865-AD-CB Converter/Charger. A brand-new backup lead acid battery is also included.
The 5th Wheel is equipped with good tires installed in 2022 driven c. 2500 mi) , as well as a new spare. (Comes with a heavy-duty jack just in case.) The awning is in good condition, and the roof has been recently sealed professionally with high-quality caulking and sealant. A sliding adjustable hitch for your pick-up with universal installation hardware is included.
Inside, you will find a queen bed with a memory foam mattress, a bathroom with both shower and tub, and a comfortable living room complete with a fan, air conditioning, and forced air heating. (There is a small but very effective electric heater, too). The living area includes a recliner and a couch that converts into an additional bed, with seating for four at the dining table. The attractive woodwork enhances the overall appeal. While there is some damage to the exterior aluminum paneling, the RV remains in wonderful condition overall.
