Very clean unit. I bought it NEW in 2008 although unit is 2006 model. Rarely used. Excellent interior with open feel. Slide out in main living area and additional in bedroom. Separate toilet area and nice size shower. Queen bed + bed in couch. TV and stereo in living area and set up for TV in Bdrm. Wired for Sat or Cable to both TV areas. Dining for 4 and seating in living for 5. 2 leather rocker/recliners. 3 burner stove + oven and nice size frig. 2 large Exterior storage bays (1 is pass thru from both sides). 2 large propane tanks and 2 batteries. Exterior/roof/tires all in good condition. Just detailed and waxed. Also selling separately 2008 GMC 2500 diesel that was used to pull coach and also a 5th wheel hitch in bed set-up.
