Nice body on this classic camping trailer, with a gutted inside except for the kitchen and bathroom, which are operable. There are two flip-down bunks, one at each end of the camper/live-in unit. The idea was to gut it and fix it up as a studio "in-law" unit (but no time to finish it). Sky roof window is the only thing that hasn't been weather sealed, as it should be re-framed, probably, from what I've been told. One end is for a kitchenette, the other end for the living room/sleeping quarters. Would be great with a futon in that back end. No keys. Needs a converter ($50 - 300, depending on what you want/need). Floor has been replaced in areas, but still needs covering. No rot left in floor. Door needs refurbishing, as well, but doesn't look too difficult. Got the temporary (paper) registration and stickers TODAY. 1 or 2 people could easily fix it up as a "tiny" house. Currently stored. Anxious to let her go! I am not the original owner. Purchased it for my daughter to fix it up and re-sell for a profit. She ran out of time. Since I financed it, now I own it. Currently being stored at $100/mo because daughter lost the title and it ran out of registration. Registration is up to date, as of today. Paper Title will arrive in 4-6 weeks, according to the DMV. I have around $3K into it, but hope to recoup at least some of that! Can not ship. Must haul it to your site, yourself.
