All slides, doors, ramp, and awnings perform as designed and are in good condition.
The generator has been used sparingly, runs as it was designed, and only has 143 hours.
The garage area is very clean also, and the bunks and jump seat function as designed.
The garage ramp converts to a patio with an awning, surround gate, rails, and an access ladder.

Beautiful fifth wheel with King suite, fireplace, and full-size fridge!
This 2015 Raptor by Keystone is massive and in great shape. Current owners have had it for a little over a year. Used the garage for bicycles, kids' toys, and the like, so still in very good shape.
This unit is huge inside, equipped with two bathrooms (one 1/2 bath and one full), two side doors, three awnings (including one over the garage ramp porch), a king-size bed, and a full-size refrigerator.
Both bathrooms are accessible when slides are in...bonus!
This unit may be seven years old, but it doesn't look like it. There's some slight sun fade to the paint on the exterior, but the inside is clean and functional.
A function includes; an ample u-shape kitchen with all the appliances to prepare your favorite meals, lots of dry-good pantry storage, a generator should you choose to be the remote, an 11-foot garage to carry your toys, and on and on and on...
