2011 Keystone Montana 290RLT Mountaineer Edition w/moving to Montana package Classified as a premium 5th wheel just one step below the luxury class. At 31'7" and 3 slides it offer spacious living for long vacations or a full time rig. All power front leveling jacks and rear stabilizers as well as power awning, interior automatic power vent fan in the kitchen and interior 42"ceiling fan. Wired for 50 amp, but works on 30amp as equipped. Wired for bedroom 2nd AC and plumbed for washer and drier. This rear lounge version includes two rocker recliners, air mattress sleeper sofa and free standing dinette. Factory installed 32 inch flat screen TV and surround sound audio system. Bed has a full length (not RV size)queen size bed with upgraded mattress. Has plenty of closet and storage space. Factory installed bedroom TV is a 19 inch 12 volt flat screen TV, which can be removed from wall mount and transported to the mount and hooked up in the storage basement for outside viewing. In addition to the 64 gal fresh water it has 50 gal black water and 2 grey water tanks with a total capacity of 93 gals. Slides are in bedroom, living room and kitchen. Dry weight is 9870. It can be found on the Keystone web page as a 2011 and it is licensed as a 2011, but NADA site only lists it under the 2012 model year. Specs are the same. It also contains microwave, 8 cu ft. refrigerator, 3 burner stove w/oven (never used), cellular night shades and 60 gal dual propane capacity. Equipped with the Keystone unique feature which allows the slide(s) to be turned off so that you can expand only one, or two for access to the interior of trailer while in storage. There is also a remote control for operation of all the slides, landing gear, stabilizer jacks, awning and exterior lighting. A must see bargain for a minimally used 5th wheel. Condition is like new, has been used less than a dozen time in 3 years. We are original owners, purchased from Pan Pacific RV, French Camp, CA. in May 2011. We are non-smokers with a small dog that is house broken so there is no urine odor to deal with. There is a bracket loose on the under carriage of the main slide by the fender well, I will fix. Also will need to repair the latch on the main fuse box cover as it seems the heat has distorted the catch. We have added after market in line water filter under the sink. The filter should be replaced. We have had it covered during winter storage until this year. The high winds at the storage finally shredded the cover. Also have not put UV sealer on the roof this year. There was also a vandalism at the storage which broke out one of the small vent windows in the rear lounge window. Insurance replaced it by ordering a full rear lounge window from the Keystone factory. The installer just replaced the broken window with the one from the new, so there was never any need to remove and reinstall the window on the body of the trailer. There is now a brand new rear lounge window minus a small vent glass that can also go with the trailer. Transport to your residence is on buyer. Will not pay for transporting or towing.
