Interior looks very clean with little to no signs of wear. Seller used it for remote job sites as a place to stay....therefore, it was not on the road for many miles. Actually, it still has some of the new RV smell. The Exterior looks great....no obvious signs of damage. Pain and graphics are shiny and fresh looking. Roomy great room is the first thing you notice as you enter the unit. The dinette collapses to form a bed. The private bedroom in the front is well appointed. The kitchen and all appliances present as clean and fresh looking. Even the outdoor kitchen is clean. The burners appear to have little to no use. This RV has a lot of capacity for living remotely.....43 gal water, 60 gal Grey Water and 30 gal waste. And, 2 propane tanks holding 60# of propane. Nice entertainment center in the great room. Reason for selling is not traveling presently.
