As you walk up to this 2017 Keystone Impact Toy Hauler Series 312 you will see that it has two outer doors and an awning. As you walk into the RV the master bedroom is to the right, and the TV/entertainment center is located on the dividing wall. Straight ahead, you have a slide with a sofa that has a removable dining table. To the left is the kitchen, with an island with a double sink, a range, a refrigerator freezer, and a microwave. The restroom is located in the center of the RV. In the garage, you have your typical toy hauler setup. You got a TV and cabinets and tie-downs. Two sofas have a dining table and convert into a bed. There is a bunk bed that stores in the ceiling. The garage will hold a side-side or a four-wheeler or a golf cart. Reason for selling is not being used.

A new PVC roof was installed in October of 2023! Within the last two years, a second A/C unit was installed, and the following items were replaced by the owner (who was a prior certified RV repair technician): water pump, omnidirectional TV antenna, furnace control board, control panel, and memory foam mattress for the queen bed. The front cap had some prior water damage, which the current owner repaired, but left the interior wall unfinished so that its next owners could customize it to their liking. There was also some leaking from the screws for the awning rails, which resulted in a small soft spot in the bedroom floor and some bubbling in the wall (see pics). Since the roof and awning rails were repaired, there have been no leaks or further water damage. The tires are original, with a tire date code of 3914.
