Excellent condition, well maintained, easy lube (grease zerk) axles; combo electric & DSI 6-gal. water heater, aluminum bumper cover, roof vent covers, skylight in bath, exterior pass-thru slide out storage tray, remote control for furnace and AC, forced air heat (with screened exhaust & air intake to eliminate insects), tows easily, enclosed undercarriage for less air turbulence while towing, microwave, outside shower, pull-out pantry, AM/FM/CD stereo, carpeted bedroom with queen bed, closets, under bed storage, outside security lights, spare battery box. Fully covered in winter, tires good to exc. condition, 2-30 lb. propane tanks, added bath cabinet, towel bars, hooks, ladder. Other features too numerous to mention.
