Gently used, clean 2012 M-2100RB travel trailer, clean title in hand. Many upgrades. 8' power slide out with dinette that folds down into full bed. 13,500 BTU A/C, 30,000BTU furnace, Microwave/hood combo, 3 burner stove with oven, 10 gallon water heater gas/electric, 20" LCD TV, TV antenna with booster, satellite system, AM/FM/CD/DVD, Outside shower, glass inside shower enclosure, skylight, power awning, winterized, scissor stabilizer jacks, weight distribution hitch with sway control, wooden stairs that fit inside door, spare tire and carrier, and remote control trailer mover system with tongue wheel to move trailer into position without being attached to vehicle. NADA guide prices at $18,775-22,610. Price set to include replacement of awning motor and screen door handle (quoted at less than $500 parts and labor, motor had water damage during summer in MI). Trailer was purchased to winter in the south and is no longer needed. Have all manuals for appliances, etc with sheet of model and serial numbers.
