2015 Keystone Summerland , This 2015 Keystone Summerland 2020 travel trailer is nearly brand new (still smells new!). It's 24' 10" long overall with a front walk-around queen bed and a rear u-shaped dinette. It has a full bath with tub/shower, a porcelain toilet, and a sink. It has a full kitchen with three burner stove/ oven, microwave, deep sink, and a large refrigerator. It has a large 32" LED TV mounted on a full articulating mount allowing viewing in the dining area or the bedroom area. There is a built in AM/FM/AUX/Bluetooth sound system with two interior speakers and two exterior speakers. Equipped with a large 15' wide awning. There is an outdoor shower. It is considerably lightweight (dry: 4287 lbs, with 515 lbs hitch weight) and is half ton pickup towable. It does have pass through storage up front, cabinets above bed, storage under bed, pantry and other cabinets in kitchen, and storage under dinette seating. The dinette coverts into additional bedding. I am including hookup accessories such as power extension cord with adapters, sewage hose, and water hose. It has a 13.5K BTU roof-top A/C and a ducted heating system. I am an individual (private seller). I DO NOT have any extra fees or charges that dealers add to their advertised price (i.e. freight, preparation, or document fees). The only thing extra you might pay would be taxes/ fees associated with registering it with your state. I can not hold the note or finance the RV myself. Financing is easy to find; I suggest using your personal bank/ credit union (you already have an established relationship with them). If you do not have a prefered lender, they are easy to find online.
